CUBELUMA: BLOCK & MATCH

Privacy Policy

Your progress, scores, badges and creations are stored on your device. This policy separates local gameplay from network time checks, website statistics and support email.

About this policy

This policy explains how the developer of Cubeluma: Block & Match ("we", "us") handles information in the current iOS version and on this support website. It covers the current iOS 1.0.1 experience, including Adventure, Endless Match, Block Studio and badges. The app has no integrated third-party advertising, analytics, attribution or crash-reporting SDK. Website analytics are described separately below. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

02

Information on your device

The game does not require an account. It stores the following information locally:

  • Adventure: scores, levels, mosaic progress, board state, settings, collected shape stamps and guided-lesson progress.
  • Endless Match: the current board, score, move and special-block counters, personal best, first-time score milestones and tutorial progress.
  • Badges: achievement progress, unlocks, claimed rewards and the selected featured badge.
  • Block Studio: collected stamps, the current draft and its four frames, and up to 24 saved creations.

Saved artwork and move records are colored-block game data. These features do not record your camera, microphone or device screen and do not access your photo library. They are not uploaded to us or posted in a public gallery. There is no developer-operated cloud sync.

Local move identifiers prevent duplicate rewards and resume play; they are not advertising identifiers. The current app does not keep a diagnostic event journal, device-profile log or crash-report collection, and does not upload diagnostic reports.

03

Network time checks

The app may make HTTPS HEAD requests to www.google.com, www.cloudflare.com, www.apple.com, and www.microsoft.com to read a server time header. These requests do not include a gameplay or diagnostic payload. As with any internet connection, the destination can receive your IP address and standard connection or request metadata. If a time check is unavailable, the app can use the device clock.

Those providers handle requests under their own policies: Google, Cloudflare, Apple, and Microsoft.

04

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to include. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, and handle privacy requests. If you choose to attach a screenshot or describe a Studio creation or game board, that content becomes part of your support message. Sending screenshots or troubleshooting details is optional. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary personal information.

Our support mailbox uses Gmail. Google and your own email provider process email according to their applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not use support correspondence for advertising.

05

This website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser or connection information, and security-related request data to deliver and protect the site. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and loading performance. Its browser beacon reports website metrics such as page paths, referring sites, browser or device categories, country-level statistics and performance timings. These website measurements are separate from your game saves and do not contain your Studio artwork, Endless Match boards or badge records.

Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics that does not track individual users across customers’ sites. See its Web Analytics overview, reported dimensions and data collection documentation. We do not add advertising trackers, third-party fonts or an online support form. Hosting and security services may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the site.

06

Advertising, sharing, and services

The current app has no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, attribution, or crash-upload SDK. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information you provide in a support request may be handled by service providers needed to receive email and resolve your request, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Apple separately handles App Store downloads, device services, and any device backup or diagnostics you enable under Apple’s policies.

07

Storage and your choices

Local progress, settings, Endless Match runs, badge records and Studio data remain on your device until changed or removed. You can delete saved Studio works from My Works with confirmation. Starting a new Endless Match run replaces its current board but keeps your best score and achievements. The current version removes the retired diagnostic journal and its associated diagnostic preference keys when the app next launches. Deleting the app removes its local app data under iOS behavior; offloading an app can retain its documents and data. Backups you enable may retain copies under your device or backup provider’s settings. Deleting the app may permanently lose progress, scores, badges and creative works. Offloading is not the same as deleting the app. Device backups may restore local data if you choose to restore them.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent to support. We cannot retrieve or remotely delete game data that exists only on your device. Hosting and email providers may retain their own records under their policies.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to complain to your local privacy authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights; we may need to verify the request using only necessary information.

08

Children’s privacy

The game does not require children to submit personal information or create an account. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through support. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

09

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. Website connections use HTTPS. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Cloudflare and email providers operate internationally, so information involved in website visits or support messages may be processed outside your country under the providers’ applicable safeguards.

10

Updates and contact

We will update this page if the game’s data practices change, including if a future version adds SDKs or online services. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Any additional notice or consent required for a material change will be provided as applicable.
